Job Summary

Support the GTM Ops & Enablement team by creating and managing enablement assets across systems, owning the LMS, and coordinating training/onboarding rhythms. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and HR in a fast-paced, international fintech environment; leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and content delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Content creation: Build and maintain a range of enablement assets - battlecards, playbooks, onboarding materials, training decks - across multiple systems and formats.
•LMS: Act as the primary owner and point of contact for Sana AI Learn (Workday); manage content uploads, tagging, descriptions, and learning path maintenance to keep materials accurate and up to date.
•AI enablement videos: Use Colossyan Creator to produce and standardise training videos, ensuring content aligns with formats and brand guidelines.
•Onboarding rhythm: Serve as a key point of contact for commercial onboarding; coordinate schedules, manage the Commercial Onboarding Hub, and ensure a high-quality experience for new joiners.
•Slack-based enablement: Facilitate timely enablement updates through dedicated Slack channels and keep communication organised and actionable for commercial teams.

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate programme (MBA a plus)
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to create clear, polished materials independently
•Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
•AI-savvy: Familiar with and enthusiastic about using AI tools to work more efficiently
•Comfortable with productivity and content tools; experience building PowerPoint decks and Excel workbooks
