Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Instruct and execute day-to-day operations of the esports/virtual clubs, including practices to improve student skills.
  • •Oversee student eGaming activities for clubs such as Valorant and other virtual/technology-based clubs (e.g., Minecraft, PC gaming platforms).
  • •Assist students with PC setups, up-to-date gaming strategies, and team-building activities.
  • •Track attendance and participation and provide reporting/feedback to school administration.
  • •Create and distribute communication materials for the school and social media, and ensure adherence to institutional and esports organizational policies.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •3 years of successful experience in eGaming platforms (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •Strong content and subject-matter knowledge for Valorant/esports clubs.
  • •Ability to support and guide both adults and students.
  • •Knowledge of databases used by K12.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication plus organization and time-management skills.
