Key Responsibilities

  • •Support partnership activations across Entertainment and Sports, including access/benefits for Card Members and live activation planning and logistics.
  • •Collaborate with internal and agency partners to design end-to-end event experiences for partners.
  • •Own and manage large-scale budgets in partnership with Finance, ensuring understanding of internal processes and staying at or under budget.
  • •Develop relationships across the American Express enterprise to leverage sponsorships toward business and brand goals.
  • •Communicate regular planning updates and full activation plans to internal team members and leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •Work experience with sponsorship, large-scale events, or experiential marketing/partnerships.
  • •Proven track record managing partners and cross-functional teams, including agency partners.
  • •Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution and move projects forward with limited oversight.
  • •Ability to work under pressure with compressed timelines while managing multiple workstreams.
  • •Strong measurement, data and analytical skills, plus strong communication skills for presentations.
