Job Summary

Help grow TikTok Shop’s local selling ecosystem in Thailand by discovering and onboarding new merchants, negotiating cooperation, and driving merchant settlement follow-through. Support merchant business strategy through analysis of traffic, conversion, and customer unit price, and create improvement plans across popular products and inventory. Coordinate marketing resources with influencers/MCNs/TAP and identify ways to boost e-commerce video efficiency through content and distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

•Discover and onboard potential merchants in Thailand, negotiating cooperation and following settlement processes.
•Develop product strategies with merchants by analyzing traffic, conversion, and customer unit price, identifying issues, and proposing improvement plans.
•Coordinate marketing activity resources and pursue partnerships with influencers, MCNs, and TAP to improve product performance and drive sales growth.
•Explore and implement methods to improve e-commerce video efficiency, including content production ideas and managing content distribution channels.
•Manage cross-department coordination and internal communication between departments and merchants.

Key Requirements

•Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above.
•Proficiency in English and Thai.
•Experience with an eCommerce platform, familiar with local distributors or manufacturers.
•Experience in merchant operations is preferred, including understanding merchant product costs and profit structures.
•Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market and an understanding of product selection aesthetics.
