Key Responsibilities

  • •On-site follow production process; write, update, and version-control SOPs, work instructions, and checklists for each workstation.
  • •Communicate with process, quality, and equipment teams to adjust SOPs when product structure, tooling, equipment, or process parameters change.
  • •Train line leaders and operators on standardized operation; supervise on-site execution and rectify irregular operation behaviors.
  • •Combine lean production with TPS standard work to optimize operation rhythm, man-hour measurement, and balance production cycle while eliminating redundant actions.
  • •Collect abnormal feedback from the production line and revise operation documents to reduce defect rate and operation risks.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or above in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing-related majors.
  • •1+ year of manufacturing SOP drafting or clerical work experience, familiar with workshop production flow, able to take on-site photos to compile WI/SOP.
  • •Skilled in Office Word, Excel, and Visio to draw operation flow charts.
  • •Good on-site communication and patient training for frontline staff; able to adapt to workshop on-site work.
