Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and maintain the integrity of the telecommunications network (digital/analog microwave, MPLS, VSAT, and related systems).
  • •Use software and hardware tools to identify, diagnose, and resolve factors affecting network integrity.
  • •Conduct regular complex testing and analysis of network elements across data, voice, video, and SCADA.
  • •Document network troubles in the problem resolution (ticketing) system and support accurate shift turnover communication.
