Job Summary

Build and ship end-to-end product features for BJAK’s AI Neobank app, working across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases. Create onboarding and account workflows covering payments, rewards, travel, FX, KYC, and risk, and turn ambiguous problems into reliable systems with clean UX. Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI engineers to launch quickly, then monitor, debug, and improve post-release while also building internal tools and automation at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
•Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC, and risk.
•Turn ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic.
•Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI engineers to launch fast and improve after release.
•Build internal tools and automation to reduce manual work, and own work beyond release by monitoring and debugging.

Key Requirements

•Strong full stack engineering experience with real shipped products.
•Comfortable across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production debugging.
•Good frontend execution using React, Next.js, Vue, or similar modern stacks.
•Good backend fundamentals around APIs, data models, authentication, integrations, and reliability.
•Strong product sense and ability to simplify messy workflows while working end-to-end with ambiguity.
