•Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, providing strategic guidance and product/solutions insights.
•Coach and mentor the pre-sales team to improve win rates and proposal quality.
•Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform go-to-market strategies.

Key Requirements

•Proven leadership experience in pre-sales and solution detailing.
•Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
•Experience in crafting win-ready proposals and conducting customer demonstrations.
•Ability to collaborate across sales, delivery, and solution architecture teams in a fast-paced environment.
•Knowledge of IT services and enterprise software solutions is preferred.
