Job Summary

Serve as a technical liaison between the production team and departments such as prepress, sample development, and planning. Own technical matters including machine and sample specifications, support troubleshooting for design/production issues, and ensure samples meet requirements before mass production. Participate in new product or process improvement projects and may train and guide new staff and operators.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a contact point between production and departments such as prepress, sample development, and planning.
•Handle technical matters including machine specifications and sample specifications, and support production technical issues.
•Follow and review Samples, First Order Deployment (FOD), and Sampling processes.
•Work with other departments to define manufacturing specifications and resolve sample issues in design and production.
•Confirm samples meet requirements for mass production; may train and guide new staff and help improve or develop new processes/products.

Key Requirements

•University/college degree in technical majors such as Printing, Garment, Industrial Management, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical.
•1 to 2 years of experience in similar positions, or freshers with excellent school results and an open mindset.
•Knowledge of production, process control, and sample development processes.
•Well organized and able to handle multiple deadline-driven projects simultaneously.
•Understanding of applicable computer systems/software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
