Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
  • •Maintain high standards of presentation for all drinks served.
  • •Upsell premium brands and signature cocktails to enhance guest experience and revenue.
  • •Provide recommendations based on guest preferences and menu knowledge.
  • •Welcome guests warmly and maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor; engage with guests during busy service periods.

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years bartending experience in an upscale 5-star hotel or resort environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, mixology techniques, and bar service standards.
  • •Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a diverse, high-profile clientele.
  • •Dynamic team player with the ability to deliver exceptional guest service in a vibrant bar atmosphere.
  • •Excellent communication in English; proficiency in an additional language is an advantage.
