Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent commercial insureds in high-complexity General Liability and Commercial Auto personal injury cases.
  • •Conduct initial investigation, legal research, and provide legal analysis and advice.
  • •Prepare and file legal pleadings and discovery materials, including pre-trial discovery.
  • •Aggressively handle hearings and conduct trials, coordinating pre-trial and trial activities.
  • •Perform post-trial activities where appropriate while managing cases with autonomy and without substantial supervision.

Key Requirements
