Key Responsibilities

  • •Open legal matters in a case management system and route to the correct workstream.
  • •Assess the validity of legal requests in accordance with Amex procedures.
  • •Prepare correspondence and retrieve/prepare responses to legal orders in line with applicable laws and Amex procedures.
  • •Evaluate legal requests by researching customer accounts and identifying responsive documents.
  • •Support legal order processing functions and process improvements within the Global Litigation and Investigations team.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduates in law or related subjects.
  • •0-2 years of experience in an operations team, in-house legal department, or private law firm.
  • •Fluent verbal and written English, with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • •Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite, plus the ability to work with databases and information platforms.
