Lead end-to-end cabin crew training strategy by translating approved direction into scalable programs for cabin crew and designated external service and hospitality partners. Oversee training needs analysis, design future-ready learning for service, hospitality, safety, and operational performance, and embed blended learning and digital learning methodologies. Manage and develop a diverse training leadership team, measure effectiveness using performance metrics, and ensure governance, quality assurance, and compliance within agreed frameworks.
