Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and review accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting; conduct mid-month forecasts to assess performance and trends.
  • •Collaborate on budgeting and cost projections; manage accruals and perform account reconciliations to ensure internal controls are followed.
  • •Perform inventory reconciliation (physical counts vs. system records), investigate discrepancies, and analyze inventory movements, costs, and variances.
  • •Perform monthly/quarterly/annual Sarbanes-Oxley testing and support internal/external audit documentation; keep business process procedures current and compliant.
  • •Provide operational support via variance analysis and ad-hoc financial projects to identify yield/production reporting issues and recommend process improvements.
