Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage supply chain activities in the ICC, ensuring contractual commitments and customer satisfaction (including on-time delivery).
  • •Facilitate the S&OP process and run demand and supply reviews and S&O readiness meetings.
  • •Contribute to the Industrial Plan (IP) and develop Production Plan (PP) and/or Repair Plan (RP) with relevant business lines.
  • •Plan and execute strategic supply chain development (resources, means, investments) including tactical purchasing with Procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
  • •Ensure compliance for incoming/outgoing flows and define/upgrade supply chain architecture and industrial tools/processes using best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Certified in Planning & Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) at minimum (or equivalent).
  • •Knowledge of production and repair processes and of products’ manufacturing/repair processes.
  • •Extensive knowledge of supply chain professions, inventory management, and flow management methodologies.
  • •Experience supporting continuous improvement using Lean (flow management, conducting Gemba Walks, Compass Room, PDCA).
  • •Use analytical and problem-solving techniques using PDCA to drive planning and execution improvements.
