Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a team of associates and researchers, mentoring and coaching talent for growth.
  • •Transform executive TA technology and service delivery through cross-functional partnerships (e.g., People Analytics, Product Management, TA Shared Services, HRBPs).
  • •Drive direct sourcing and talent mapping across competitive landscapes for executive-level roles.
  • •Build bench strength 12–24+ months ahead by architecting talent ecosystems and proactive research.
  • •Translate internal/external data and marketplace intelligence into executive-ready analyses and defend research methodologies to VP+ leaders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 187,300 - 235,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 7 years of experience in executive research, talent intelligence, executive recruiting, or talent acquisition management.
  • •At least 9 years advising and influencing executive leadership.
  • •At least 9 years management consulting experience.
  • •At least 9 years recruiting or research experience with a global in-house recruiting team, executive search firm, or large multinational organization.
