Handle a caseload of delegated and non-delegated credit hire litigation claims, supporting multi-track matters up to £100,000. Review files, conduct legal research, negotiate by phone with third-party solicitors, liaise with insured parties and insurers, process bills, and maintain case actions in the Case Management System. Manage court-process tasks such as drafting defences and CPR Part 18/35 questions, while ensuring SRA compliance and ISO 9001 standards.
