•Serve as a technical resource and subject‑matter expert across the organization.
•Collaborate with suppliers and engineering teams to ensure build-to-spec RF products meet program requirements.
•Contribute to technical proposals, design documentation, and verification activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including design and analysis for RF product packaging (e.g., Circuit Card Assemblies, antennas, radomes, RF test equipment, harnesses and interconnects) and 3D CAD software
•Experience creating Technical Data Packages (TDPs) using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
•Ability to obtain a U.S. government issued security clearance after the start date
•Master’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (preferred) and experience as a Responsible Engineering Authority (REA), CAM, or IPTL (preferred)
•Experience with Creo Simulate or ANSYS Workbench for structural/thermal analysis (preferred)
