Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end implementation of complex credit and capital management programs from mobilization to implementation.
•Build and steer governance structures, delivery plans, RAID management, and senior-level reporting.
•Coordinate business, technology, data, risk, and operations teams across the full credit process.
•Drive decision-making and challenge resolution while ensuring stakeholder alignment in dynamic, regulated environments.
•Support customer leadership with program steering, value realization, and implementation planning for measurable results.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,800 monthly

Key Requirements

•Long-standing experience in project or program management in financial services, ideally in credit, lending, or risk transformation.
•Solid understanding of credit and capital management processes (e.g., origination, underwriting, portfolio monitoring, regulatory requirements).
•Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs in corporate, commercial, or wholesale banking.
•Experience with agile, hybrid, or classic delivery methods and steering interdisciplinary teams.
•Strong communication, stakeholder management, and delivery skills, including experience with senior governance committees.
