  • •Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs in corporate, commercial, or wholesale banking.
  • •Experience with agile, hybrid, or classic delivery methods and steering interdisciplinary teams.
  • •Strong communication, stakeholder management, and delivery skills, including experience with senior governance committees.
