Key Responsibilities

  • •Support rollout of a new issuing product stack and capabilities while managing the product roadmap across multiple workstreams.
  • •Drive product lifecycle processes including market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
  • •Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development through collaboration with stakeholders across scrum teams.
  • •Track and maintain a comprehensive end-to-end program plan, including risks and key program decisions, to drive delivery.
  • •Provide ongoing visibility of roadmap, project plans, progress, dependencies, and risks to leadership and business partners.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in product development/product management or software development in a professional environment, with a track record of finding creative solutions.
  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • •Proven ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly to shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
  • •Hands-on experience across the SDLC, requirement authoring (BRD/FSD), and SIT/UAT/E2E testing; exposure to issuer platforms is an advantage.
  • •Strong project management and analytical skills to source and interpret data and communicate decision-ready insights.
