Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Group/Regional IT to understand direction and provide solutions to HASE business areas.
•Define IT strategy, provide IT consultation, and deliver IT solutions for WPB to achieve business strategic goals and efficient operations.
•Collaborate with architects, business analysts, development managers, software specialists, and engineers to ensure delivered projects/solutions meet budget, timeline, and quality objectives.
•Contribute to policy and governance frameworks to support risk management, quality control, and compliance.
•Ensure ongoing production support and maintenance, manage supply/demand pipeline, and maintain operational stability, integrity, and availability of supported products and services.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology/Information System or related disciplines.
•13+ years’ experience in IT programme/project management.
•Experience managing IT projects in complex environments, preferably regional or global.
•Manage a diverse team of IT professionals delivering growth, regulatory, risk and control, and efficiency changes.
•Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
