Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate high standards of nursing care for Critical Care patients.
  • •Care for Level 2 and Level 3 patients across a wide range of clinical cases.
  • •Work within a team, supervising and directing more junior staff and deputising for Senior Staff Nurse as required.
  • •Act as a clinical role model, driving high standards of care at all times.
  • •Collaborate with the MDT (Doctors, Pharmacists, Dieticians, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Infection Control & Tissue Viability Nurses) and follow hospital policies and NMC codes.
