Timberland: Assistant Manager - Grand Rapids

Lead and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through merchandising, operations, customer engagement, and community connection. In the Store Manager’s absence, take full store responsibility. Coach performance against sales KPIs, supervise daily opening/closing and store coverage, support recruiting and onboarding, and ensure compliance with company standards.
