Key Responsibilities

  • •Acquire new-to-bank customers via bank-led deployments, customer referrals, and self-sourced prospecting.
  • •Cross-sell credit cards and personal loans to existing and new-to-bank customers, and identify mortgage opportunities.
  • •Engage customers confidently using needs-based selling; explain product features and recommend suitable solutions.
  • •Support account opening and coordinate with internal departments to complete required steps; manage post-application activities.
  • •Deliver assigned KPIs, maximize revenue contribution, and follow compliance/internal control standards to minimize operational risk.
