Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide end-to-end commercial project steering over the full project duration.
  • •Define and implement project cost structures (WBS/CBS) with project management to ensure transparent cost tracking.
  • •Create and maintain commercial planning in SAP, overseeing and monitoring revenue, costs, and cash flow.
  • •Prepare regular reports on revenue, costs, and key figures (plan vs. actual) and identify causes of deviations.
  • •Support contract-compliant invoicing and actively manage incoming payments to secure liquidity.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed Bachelor’s degree in business administration/economics or a comparable field.
  • •Several years of relevant experience in finance and controlling, ideally with project/program controlling in a dynamic environment.
  • •Knowledge/experience in commercial contract negotiations is advantageous.
  • •Strong command of SAP (especially FI/CO) and very good MS Office skills, with a focus on Excel for complex calculations and analyses.
  • •Fluent/negotiation-capable German and fluent English.
