Job Summary

Technical Operations Manager on the Strat Ops team to build, maintain, and scale AI-assisted internal tooling. Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Automation/AI leads on agent infrastructure, evals, and AI-assisted internal tools (including internal IT support agent and AI-powered workflows)
•Build and maintain internal automations and integrations across the stack (e.g., Linear, Ramp, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, 1Password, Kandji, GCP)
•Document runbooks, wikis, and guides to enable self-serve across the company
•Support broader Strat Ops and BizOps requests as they arise
•Operate with ownership and autonomy in a startup-like environment, taking stakeholders’ problems and shipping solutions

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 117,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3-6 years in a technical generalist role (tech ops, IT engineering, platform engineering, or solutions engineering) at a B2B SaaS company with multiple hats
•Demonstrated experience in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Go with real systems built and maintained
•Hands-on familiarity with LLMs and agent frameworks (Claude, MCP, RAG, or similar) and clear view on where to apply them
•Practical experience integrating SaaS systems via APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation (n8n, Zapier, or custom orchestration)
•Comfort with at least one major cloud platform (GCP preferred) and familiarity with core tool stack (Google Workspace, Slack, Linear, 1Password, Kandji)
