•Manage a portfolio of customers and lead ROI and value initiatives with a customer success manager focused on adoption strategy.
•Act as a strategic transformation partner by setting vision and defining the JTBD framework with leadership teams to drive AI adoption.
•Build and manage C-suite relationships as a trusted advisor and make AI a top priority for executives.
•Lead value realization and ROI delivery by conducting surveys and interviews to frame P&L impact in business reviews.
•Orchestrate cross-functional programs across stakeholders, managing customer teams, escalations, risk mitigation, and program updates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 174,000 - 220,100 annually
