Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and implement the NextGen Discipleship Strategy across Menlo Church and campuses.
  • •Lead and supervise the NextGen Central Team and campus directors to run impactful ministries.
  • •Ensure safety, facilities, recruiting, and ministry engagement standards at all campuses.
  • •Develop partnerships with parents and the church to support faith formation of children and students.
  • •Maintain Next Gen Playbooks with measurable outcomes and collaborate with Campus Pastors and communications teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in a NextGen role, preferably in a multisite church setting
  • • Seminary education preferred
  • •Proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana, and cloud platforms
  • •Experience managing staff and volunteer teams and resources
  • •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to cast vision and implement strategic next steps
