•Set and implement the NextGen Discipleship Strategy across Menlo Church and campuses.
•Lead and supervise the NextGen Central Team and campus directors to run impactful ministries.
•Ensure safety, facilities, recruiting, and ministry engagement standards at all campuses.
•Develop partnerships with parents and the church to support faith formation of children and students.
•Maintain Next Gen Playbooks with measurable outcomes and collaborate with Campus Pastors and communications teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a NextGen role, preferably in a multisite church setting
• Seminary education preferred
•Proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana, and cloud platforms
•Experience managing staff and volunteer teams and resources
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to cast vision and implement strategic next steps
