Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, script, test, implement, maintain, and modify robotics process and desktop automations.
  • •Create comprehensive test plans and test cases, and define automation data needs across systems with a test data coordination plan.
  • •Create and execute performance tests to ensure expected automation performance levels are achieved.
  • •Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical problems, and at times lead clients and technical staff in troubleshooting.
  • •Write documentation describing automation capabilities and operating procedures, and estimate timelines, project tasks, and cost/time.
