Job Summary

Manage end-to-end demand planning and forecasting using multiple methods across the service support life. Analyze demand and forecast accuracy deviations, investigate root causes, and drive corrective actions. Own multi-echelon inventory requirements, including safety of supply, excess/obsolescence monitoring, and inventory cost optimization. Optimize sourcing and replenishment plans, and coordinate lifecycle events like NPI and Last Time Buy with PLM and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage demand planning processes using forecasting methods across the service support life.
•Analyze demand trends and forecast accuracy results to identify deviations and root causes, then take corrective actions.
•Analyze stocking requirements and multi-echelon inventory needs to meet customer service levels while optimizing inventory and carrying costs.
•Evaluate inventory requirements to mitigate shortages or excesses, including excess and obsolescence cost impact mitigation.
•Optimize sourcing and network replenishment, and manage lifecycle events such as NPI and Last Time Buy in collaboration with PLM and suppliers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, math-related subjects, or engineering.
•6-10+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or other roles with strong analytical aspects.
•Fluency in English.
•Strong analytical and math skills.
•Strong communication skills to interact with suppliers, customers, and other supply chain team members.
