Drive ElevenLabs’ growth across Denmark’s largest Consumer & Retail enterprises by building and managing a strategic portfolio, uncovering new opportunities, and leading consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Translate conversational AI—especially ElevenAgents—into measurable value across customer experience, contact center automation, and monetization. Partner with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering for onboarding and expansion, and advise C-suite leaders on generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts across Denmark, with a primary focus on Consumer & Retail, to meet revenue goals.
•Identify new business opportunities for ElevenLabs’ conversational AI capabilities, including ElevenAgents, to drive engagement and operational efficiency.
•Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build business cases translating AI voice technology into measurable value.
•Develop and maintain expertise in the conversational AI landscape, including use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends for Danish enterprises.
•Partner with Customer Success, FDEs, and Solutions Engineering to support onboarding, deployment, and account expansion.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS/technology, ideally with AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
•Proven success closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across business, IT, legal, and procurement.
•Well-connected in Denmark’s consumer and retail landscape, with the ability to build relationships at C-suite and board level.
•Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders and translating complex technology into business value.
•Native or full professional proficiency in Danish, with strong English for internal collaboration.
