Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage working capital and reporting for assigned plants, including AR/AP, inventory control, master data maintenance, and monthly working capital balance tracking with weekly commentary.
  • •Complete on-time monthly close deliverables, including plant P&L reporting and balance sheet reconciliations, and provide accurate variance commentary.
  • •Provide weekly financial forecasts for the month, current quarter, and following quarter, plus required key metrics reporting.
  • •Partner with plant directors and divisional leadership to identify and execute profitability improvements, including continuous improvement/cost reduction and risks/opportunities analysis; lead capital planning and financial management for funded projects.
  • •Function as the group’s ERP system/contact expert with a focus on JD Edwards implementation, training MV/YV teams, minimizing business disruption, and support ERP conversions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, and/or Finance.
  • •2–3 years of relevant experience (preferred).
  • •Prior experience with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards and SAP.
  • •Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and actual/standard costing, inventory, and master data control.
  • •Ability to build rapport with facility management teams and divisional leadership, with travel up to 25%.
