Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, manage, and develop the production schedulers team by setting priorities, coaching, reviewing output, and ensuring consistent scheduling coverage.
  • •Own end-to-end non-sterile compounding schedules, generating detailed weekly and daily plans that ensure timely finished goods availability while minimizing waste and downtime.
  • •Translate mid- and long-term production plans and demand forecasts into executable compounding schedules aligned with inventory policies.
  • •Collaborate with production and demand planning to align with the plan of record and communicate schedule risks and opportunities.
  • •Partner with compounding operations on capacity constraints and workforce planning (overtime, shift planning, staffing optimization), monitor performance vs. plan, and drive continuous improvement using tools, dashboards, and KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in production scheduling, production planning, or resource planning, with demonstrated experience leading or developing others.
  • •Proficiency in inventory management concepts and the operational/financial implications of planning and scheduling decisions.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field; APICS/CPIM certification is a plus.
  • •Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation (Lookups, PivotTables, External Data Connections).
  • •Basic SQL and/or Python experience is a plus, along with deep knowledge of manufacturing planning and scheduling processes.
