Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for senior AI-enabled software projects spanning web and mobile platforms.
•Lead design discussions, set coding standards, and ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions across teams.
•Engage with clients to understand requirements, translate needs into actionable architectures, and deliver consulting-driven outcomes.
•Mentor engineers, manage delivery timelines, and coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
•Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to align technical strategy with client needs and business outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
•5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.
•Experience with AI-powered tooling (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to boost productivity and code quality.
•Deep expertise in Python for backend development and scripting.
•Proficiency with React and Vue.js, ES6 and TypeScript; backend with Node.js and Express.js; databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB; RESTful APIs and microservices; CI/CD and AWS/serverless.
