Department Manager - Irrigation

Lead the Irrigation department in the branch as the subject-matter expert, partnering with customers and supporting branch leadership to drive sales and operations performance. Assist with demand forecasting and supply/demand plan integration, oversee inventory management and customer mix, and cultivate an incident-free safety culture. Train and develop agronomic staff, help implement new technologies and ways of working, and support other departments and customers as needed.
