Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects from initiation through completion, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules and milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Define project delivery resources, lead complex RFP processes, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Facilitate development of a charter and integrated timeline; ensure functions remain on schedule and resolve or escalate issues.
  • •Facilitate regular status meetings and collaborate with the project team to guide implementation and completion.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 monthly

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 8-10 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
