Job Summary

Develop and support engineering and maintenance projects by troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment, reading engineering drawings, and performing installations, repairs, tests, and preventive maintenance. Partner with the Maintenance Manager and maintenance crews to diagnose breakdowns, schedule maintenance activities, and ensure daily PMs are completed. Use precision tools and testing devices to improve equipment safety, reliability, and production efficiency while following GMP and ISO 14001 procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, diagnosing equipment breakdowns and supporting repair method selection.
•Read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints/schematics, evaluate design changes, and compare measurements to specifications.
•Schedule and coordinate maintenance and safety procedures, and ensure daily PMs are completed.
•Conduct tests of units/components and record results, making recommendations for changes to products or test methods.
•Install equipment (e.g., heat/power units and cogeneration/trigeneration), develop maintenance solutions (TPM/Prevention/Predictive), and follow GMP and ISO 14001 procedures.

•Ability to read and interpret blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals, and procedure manuals.
•Professionalism and ability to self-manage time.
•Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
