Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and sales floor replenishment
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards and strong stockroom standards and processes
  • •Use metrics to support business-driving strategies and resolve client needs to ensure customer satisfaction
