Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions and maintain proper handling of assigned funds while delivering an excellent customer experience. Educate clients on digital and self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Support sales through outbound calling and identifying client needs, referrals, and offers. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, adhering to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a consistent, high-quality client experience while completing complex and standardized transactions and maintaining accurate records.
•Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions, including ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.
•Support the team sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls and identifying needs, offers, and opportunities.
•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) practices to deliver Truist expertise and solutions to clients’ unique needs.
•Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; act as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.

Key Requirements
