Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand customer engagement objectives, scope, and business/technical requirements.
  • •Participate in architecture design workshops and develop project documents such as HLD/LLD, migration plan, test plan, and implementation guides.
  • •Scope and analyze requirements to support development of statements of work.
  • •Deploy, configure, test, and troubleshoot Fortinet security solutions in customer environments.
  • •Support rollout/migration/go-live with knowledge transfer, resolve or escalate issues, and complete required administrative tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years’ experience in LAN/WAN/Internet consulting, support and/or administration.
  • •3+ years’ experience with Network Security Products.
  • •Expertise in NGFW and experience with at least 2 technologies including Email Security, Advanced Threat Protection, Endpoint Security, Application Security, WAF, Network Security Management, SIEM, Network Virtualization, SDN and/or other cloud-based security technologies.
  • •Very good presentation and technical documentation skills, with structured troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical or management discipline (or equivalent extensive work-related experience).
