Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate backend services in a domain-driven architecture, including the Controller → Service → Persistence service layer.
  • •Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver RESTful APIs, microservices, data processing pipelines, and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • •Build and maintain scalable, reliable systems by debugging production issues, contributing to incident analysis, and implementing stability improvements.
  • •Enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows to ensure reliable delivery and operation of services.
  • •Participate in code reviews, contribute to automated testing strategies, and share technical knowledge while growing team capabilities in AI-native application development.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of experience in backend development with strong Java and Spring Boot skills.
  • •Practical experience designing RESTful APIs and building microservices using OOP and sound design principles.
  • •Hands-on debugging and troubleshooting experience operating cloud-based microservices, including ownership of production stability.
  • •Familiarity with AI/LLM workflows and integrating AI services into applications.
  • •Experience with databases (relational or NoSQL, with MongoDB a plus) and version control using Git.
