Key Responsibilities

•Lead pre- and post-contract QS/Cost & Commercial Management on projects of varying size and complexity.
•Oversee estimating, cost planning, procurement, cost assurance, and post-contract financial management.
•Possibly lead a QS/commercial team, mentor staff, and contribute to bid writing and winning work.
•Represent WSP UK at industry events and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
•Deliver QS/Cost and Commercial Management services across civil infrastructure and utilities sectors.

Key Requirements

•MRICS or Assoc RICS or working towards a professional qualification
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to demonstrate applicable QS/Cost and Commercial competencies
•Demonstrated management, project leadership and delivery experience at senior level
•Hold a degree or similar higher education qualification
