Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain spend databases and pricing updates; collect and analyze economic/commodity data to build pricing trends and category forecasts.
  • •Coordinate price changes in systems using published indices and manage communications with impacted sites and suppliers.
  • •Support bid/tender creation and evaluation by generating supplier lists, Requests for Quotation, and analyzing bid response data using TCO and scenario/sensitivity models.
  • •Provide negotiation support to category managers with data for effective negotiations and savings calculations.
  • •Track and report savings and procure-to-pay/process improvements, identify data/process gaps, and produce management reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s level or Masters degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
  • •Around 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
  • •Proficient user of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, programming, macros, sorts, filters).
  • •SAP and/or other ERP systems experience is an advantage.
  • •Experience with Power BI, QlikView, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar tools; and familiarity with commercial agreements and business accounting terms is preferred.
