Lead technology and digital transformation engagements within Visa Consulting and Analytics’ Implementation Services. Drive strategic discussions, create implementation roadmaps, and evaluate digital/AI maturity to address client business challenges. Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategic discussions with clients to identify technology innovation opportunities and define priorities and timelines.
•Develop methodologies and implementation roadmaps based on clients’ digital and AI maturity.
•Drive AI- and cloud-powered business growth initiatives for the payments business and broader opportunities.
•Manage client inquiries across operations and systems, including planning, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
•Lead business development activities including proposal development, contracting, stakeholder alignment, and building/evolving the implementation project pipeline.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in financial services, payments, consulting, or digital technology.
•Track record leading digital transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.
•Proven experience in digital technology business development.
•Familiarity with card issuing/acquiring platforms, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), cloud, and AI.
•Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
