Own capital formation and inorganic growth for portfolio companies within a mid-market PE fund. In Dubai, structure and execute growth equity, venture debt, and structured rounds—driving models, data rooms, and investor/lender processes to close. Also source and execute M&A bolt-ons and strategic targets, coordinating valuation, diligence, and advisors across jurisdictions, while supporting portfolio company corp dev and board-ready analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Raise capital for portfolio companies by structuring and executing growth equity, venture debt, and structured rounds, including models, data rooms, and investor/lender processes to close.
•Execute M&A by sourcing and evaluating bolt-ons/strategic targets, running valuation and diligence, and coordinating legal/tax/financial advisors across jurisdictions to signing.
•Own the portfolio company corporate development agenda in close partnership with operating and management teams.
•Build analysis for board decisions, including integrated operating models, DCFs, scenario analysis, and synergy analysis.
•Provide early exposure to founders, co-investors, lenders, and senior leadership, shaping the deal process from week one.

•4–6 years in investment banking, private equity, VC, transaction advisory, or a top financial research/diligence platform.
•Elite financial modeling ability, including building integrated operating and valuation models quickly from scratch.

•Ability to run a live capital raise or M&A workstream while coordinating advisors, counterparties, and timelines.
•Willingness to relocate to Dubai and a strong ownership mindset to run deals end to end.
