Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, launch, and manage events from A to Z within the Scalable team, working with your Team Lead.
  • •Own the full delivery cycle across cities in the portfolio, ensuring launches meet brand, quality, and contractual standards.
  • •Validate growth plans, pricing, market selection, and resource allocation to support company objectives.
  • •Source, select, negotiate, and manage contracts with venues, talent agencies, production vendors, and other partners.
  • •Build production budgets, track project costs and variances, protect margins, and provide clear status updates on budget, timelines, risks, and performance.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in a project management role overseeing complex projects across multiple markets, ideally in live entertainment or events.
