Provide logistics, warehouse, and asset-management support for the National Capital Region Office, supporting U.S. Border Patrol/CBP mission execution. Oversee warehouse receiving, storage, distribution, shipment coordination, and inventory control, including safety inspections and documentation. Manage fleet operations (fuel/maintenance invoices in SAP) and support local property officer functions in SAP, including asset accountability, deployment/sustainment support, and additional duties as required.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee warehouse logistics operations, including receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment.
•Coordinate shipments, monitor inventory levels, conduct inspections, and maintain documentation to support safety and operational standards.
•Support monthly health and safety inspection sheets and maintain current health and safety records for the UTOC team.
•Oversee daily fleet operations, including fuel/maintenance invoice processing in SAP, vehicle readiness, and vehicle transportation for maintenance, repairs, and deployment.
•Provide local property officer (LPO) support in SAP for property management and asset lifecycle accountability, including deployment/sustainment and additional duties such as escort duties, cargo security, inventory/disposition, forklift support, and vehicle transportation.

Travel: Extensive travel
