Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee warehouse logistics operations, including receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment.
  • •Coordinate shipments, monitor inventory levels, conduct inspections, and maintain documentation to support safety and operational standards.
  • •Support monthly health and safety inspection sheets and maintain current health and safety records for the UTOC team.
  • •Oversee daily fleet operations, including fuel/maintenance invoice processing in SAP, vehicle readiness, and vehicle transportation for maintenance, repairs, and deployment.
  • •Provide local property officer (LPO) support in SAP for property management and asset lifecycle accountability, including deployment/sustainment and additional duties such as escort duties, cargo security, inventory/disposition, forklift support, and vehicle transportation.
