HR Business Partner

Partner with business leaders to deliver HR strategies and day-to-day people programs for assigned business lines in AECOM India. Support workforce planning, employee engagement, leadership capability, succession planning, and manager support across the employee lifecycle. Lead engagement and listening activities, help deliver retention and hybrid work initiatives, and manage employee relations and performance-related matters while collaborating with HR Operations and HR Centers of Excellence to execute integrated solutions.
