Act as the primary technical reference for a specialized support contract, owning the account’s technical understanding, risks, and service alignment. Ensure correct solution adoption via hardening, standardization, and continuous optimization, while coordinating internal stakeholders and escalations.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the account’s technical management, including client architecture, operational criticality, inventory, dependencies, and risks aligned to business and contract needs.
•Serve as the main technical contact for the client, building trust and translating complex topics into clear language while participating in follow-up meetings and reviews.
•Proactively prevent incidents by identifying risks early using trend, alert, and recurring-failure analysis, proposing preventative actions and operational improvements.
•Lead advanced troubleshooting for critical incidents, coordinating teams and technologies to find root cause and implement sustainable solutions.
•Ensure adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement through best practices, hardening, standardization, and identifying technical and operational optimization opportunities.
