Job Summary

Lead the technical design, execution, and delivery of new banking experiences for Cash App Banking. Collaborate across teams to drive scalable microservice architectures, coaching engineers, and applying an AI-first mindset to raise the bar of AI usage in our banking platform.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and business leads to scope, plan, design, and build new features as well as maintain existing functionality of banking features.
•Lead and participate in critical technical, design, and product discussions within the team and with leaders across the organization.
•Design systems to work within our microservice and event-driven architectures.
•Hold your teammates and yourself to high engineering standards.
•Grow teammates’ technical breadth and depth through direct coaching and mentoring.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 217,800 - 326,800 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of software development or equivalent experience.
•1+ years of experience leading large scale features, planning, managing and delivering projects on time with high quality.
•Strong ability to design and build creative solutions to complex problems.

•Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
